First two days.

So, I started on my experiment and it has been sooo difficult for me. My family cooks all the time and the location of my school is surrounded by restaurants; thus I am tortured by the aromas of so much delicious food. I admit to cheating by having a couple of m&ms and I've been consuming sweetened coffee like crazy. My eating habits have definitely changed... and ive been doing the following:

Spreading my food over the plate (to make the portion of food look more than it actually is.)
Ive been chewing extremely slow, hoping to get full quicker.
I also started drinking hot green tea (w. no sugar)
I worked out on day one for an hour; however i became tired quickly as my carb consumption was highly limited.
I drink about 9 pints of water per day.
I chew gum as soon as I get a craving.

I now weigh 153-- which means by doing this Ive lost 2 pounds in apx. two days.
I haven't yet started my strict regime, but i will as soon as my body supresses hunger on its own, which I hope is soon.

I haven't recieved any comments about my expedition yet; however I hope that people who do read my blog keep updated.. If any one has any tips or tricks--suggestions, questions or thoughts feel free to comment.
